History

In the last 10 years, the Southdown breed has experienced tremendous growth in the state of Wisconsin. We are regularily ranked in the top five states in the USA for numbers of registrations and transfers. Southdowns have become the largest breed shown at most open and youth shows in the state. And we are not just about quantity.....in 2007, Wisconsin Southdown breeders produced more National Champion Sale and Show ewes than any other state in the nation!
